WORKPLACE SAFETY
(OSHA) ACKNOWLEDGMENT

Effective Date: 30 September 2025

QuickHire™

QuickHire™ is committed to providing a safe and healthy work environment for all employees and assigned personnel. This Workplace Safety Acknowledgment (“Acknowledgment”) outlines key safety responsibilities for individuals assigned to Client worksites. Compliance with this policy is required as a condition of assignment.

1. GENERAL SAFETY POLICY

QuickHire™ complies with all applicable federal, state, and local workplace safety and health laws, including the Occupational Safety and Health Act (OSHA).

Employees and assigned personnel are expected to:

  • Work safely and follow all health and safety rules;
  • Report unsafe conditions immediately;
  • Participate in safety training as required;
  • Use personal protective equipment (PPE) as instructed;
  • Cooperate with QuickHire™ and Client safety personnel.

2. CLIENT SITE SAFETY RULES

While on assignment, employees and assigned personnel are subject to Client-specific workplace safety rules, training, and protocols. These may include, but are not limited to:

  • PPE requirements;
  • Hazard communication procedures;
  • Lockout/tagout programs;
  • Emergency evacuation routes;
  • Equipment operation policies;
  • Housekeeping standards;
  • Reporting procedures for accidents, incidents, or near-misses.

QuickHire™ relies on Clients to provide appropriate site-specific orientation and training prior to beginning work assignments.

3. INJURY AND INCIDENT REPORTING

Any workplace injury, illness, accident, or unsafe condition must be reported immediately to:

  1. Client Supervisor (on-site), and
  2. QuickHire™ Representative (by phone or email as provided during onboarding).

Employees may also report safety concerns anonymously. Prompt reporting helps ensure proper medical care, investigation, and corrective action.

4. MEDICAL TREATMENT & WORKERS’ COMPENSATION

QuickHire™ provides workers’ compensation insurance for its employees and assigned personnel. In the event of a workplace injury:

  • QuickHire™ will coordinate authorized medical treatment;
  • Employees must cooperate with medical providers and claims administrators;
  • Failure to report injuries promptly may affect benefits eligibility.

5. RIGHT TO REFUSE UNSAFE WORK

QuickHire™ employees have the right under OSHA to refuse work that presents an imminent danger to their health or safety, provided they follow appropriate reporting procedures. Employees should:

  • Notify their Client supervisor and QuickHire™ representative immediately;
  • Remain available for reassignment or alternative duties;
  • Cooperate in any safety investigation.

6. DRUG-FREE AND WEAPON-FREE WORKPLACE

QuickHire™ and its Clients maintain drug-free and weapon-free workplaces, consistent with applicable federal, state, and local law. The use, possession, distribution, or sale of illegal drugs, controlled substances, or unauthorized weapons at Client worksites or during assignments is strictly prohibited.

7. ENFORCEMENT

Failure to follow safety rules and procedures may result in:

  • Removal from the assignment;
  • Disciplinary action, up to and including termination;
  • Disqualification from future assignments.

QuickHire™ may also take appropriate corrective or legal action as required.

8. ACKNOWLEDGMENT AND AGREEMENT

I acknowledge that I have received, read, and understand QuickHire™’s Workplace Safety (OSHA) Acknowledgment. I agree to follow all safety rules, report unsafe conditions, and cooperate with QuickHire™ and Client safety requirements while on assignment.
